Thank you for shopping with ZenvoCart. We want you to have a clear and straightforward shopping experience.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Because ZenvoCart sells personal oral-care products, items that have been opened, used, unsealed, or removed from their original hygienic packaging cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

A return may be considered when:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
• You received an incorrect product.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• Part of your order is missing.

To report an incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at zenvocart@outlook.com.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

RETURN APPROVAL

Do not return an item before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

When a return is approved, we will provide the relevant return instructions. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including its original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Products with broken or removed hygiene seals
• Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
• Items returned without approval
• Items returned outside the approved return period
• Products purchased from another seller or website
• Gift cards, where applicable

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed. An unopened and unused product may be considered for return at our discretion.

Unless the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

REFUNDS

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

ZenvoCart cannot control how long a bank or payment provider takes to display an approved refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact us promptly if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Where the claim is approved, ZenvoCart may offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible at zenvocart@outlook.com if you need to cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If an order has already been dispatched, it will be handled according to this Return and Refund Policy.

REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, an unclaimed parcel, or refusal of delivery may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
