This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, delivery, tracking, delays, and delivery problems are handled.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorised.

Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Processing may take longer during:

• Product launches
• Promotional periods
• Public holidays
• High-volume order periods
• Stock checks
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery periods, and shipping charges are displayed during checkout where applicable.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Any delivery period shown on our website or at checkout is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Actual delivery times may vary because of:

• The destination
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Customs processing
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Local delivery restrictions
• High shipping volumes
• Events outside our reasonable control

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all charges before completing payment.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied during checkout after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive an expected shipping email.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Before completing an order, please check:

• Recipient name
• House, apartment, or unit number
• Street address
• City
• State, county, or region
• Postal or ZIP code
• Country
• Contact details

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has started.

FAILED OR UNDELIVERABLE DELIVERY

ZenvoCart is not responsible for delivery failure caused by:

• An incorrect or incomplete address
• An unavailable recipient
• Failure to collect a parcel
• Refusal of delivery
• Local delivery restrictions
• Failure to respond to the carrier

Where an order is returned to us, additional delivery costs may apply before it can be shipped again.

Any refund for an undeliverable or refused order may exclude the original shipping charge and any return costs, where permitted by law.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Please allow additional time when a parcel is delayed but still moving through the carrier’s network.

ZenvoCart cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

However, we will provide reasonable assistance when a shipment appears significantly delayed.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

When tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

1. Check the delivery location carefully.
2. Ask household members, neighbours, reception staff, or building management.
3. Check for a delivery notice.
4. Contact the delivery carrier.
5. Contact ZenvoCart at zenvocart@outlook.com if further help is required.

A carrier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund can be considered.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

Inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Contact zenvocart@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery when:

• The parcel arrived damaged
• The product is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• Part of the order is missing

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Where international delivery is offered, customers may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not controlled by ZenvoCart and may not be included in the checkout total unless expressly stated.

Customers are responsible for checking applicable import requirements before ordering.
